Connecting for Training

Whether you are looking for coach training for yourself, your team, or your organization, FOCOS (Foundational Coaching Skills) Training provides a foundation of basic coaching skills in the context of a year long, multi-cultural learning community. Whether onsite or online, FOCOS includes online sessions, personal coaching, mentor coaching, an intensive skill-building week, Connect groups, practice coaching, and much more. Our goal is to come alongside you or your team/organization in growing your capacity and reaching your potential through coaching.

FOCOS is a rigorous program 1 year certificate program that meets or exceeds the standards of other professional foundational coaching skills trainings. The training content and process is aligned with the international standards of core coaching competencies and ethics, amounting to a minimum of 60 hours of training in core-competencies.

  • Would you like to bring the FOCOS coach training into your organization and become a FOCOS trainer?
    The FOCOS Platform offers opportunities for leaders to apprentice as trainers and to implement FOCOS within their own contexts. We work closely with organizational leaders to contextualize the program for their culture and setting, and we also support translation and expansion into new language groups.
