FOCOS Platform Core Team
The FOCOS Platform (FP) Core Team provides leadership for FP’s global mission to empower leaders and partner with organizations who desire to integrate coaching culture into their contexts. Coming from a variety of organizations, contexts, and cultures, the FP Core Team collaborates in building a community of coaches and trainers living out the values and culture of coaching through caring, connecting, empowering, and ultimately, multiplying. FOCOS Founders
Wolfgang Jani and Tina Stoltzfus Horst co-founded the FOCOS (Foundational Coaching Skills) training programme in 2010. Wolfgang, an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Coaching Supervisor, ICF mentor coach and FOCOS master trainer, owns Wolfgang Jani Coaching & Training and lives near Basel, Switzerland. Tina, a Master Trainer, author and founder of Coaching Mission International, lives in the United States and works virtually. Together, they have built sixteen years of high-quality, accessible coach training for over 600 leaders worldwide: 56 FOCOS cohorts across three continents and two languages, and a growing community of coaches and trainers carrying coaching cultures into organizations around the world.
