Join us for a special online gathering for the entire FOCOS coaching community! This is a unique opportunity to connect, be encouraged, and grow together with like-minded coaches who share both the skills and the heart for coaching. 

Whether you’re an experienced coach or motivated to use coaching leadership, you are warmly invited to join.

The FOCOS Platform is pleased to invite our global community to the first official Online Event.


The training session topics are:

  • Partnership Conversations, When Power Might Be In The Way with Clare Pedrick MCC 

  • Cultivating a Coaching Culture with Confidence, Clarity and Grace - Linda Miller, MCC and Ben Olsen, PCC 

Participants will leave with practical strategies to enhance their confidence and ease in coaching.


There will be a relational connection time led by Tom King

  • Breakout rooms, times to share and connect will also be included


As well as a Question and Answer Panel

  • Prepare questions ahead of time to learn from seasoned coaches and leaders


All proceeds from the event directly fund the FOCOS Platform, supporting our ongoing mission to equip coaches and leaders worldwide.


Registration Details and Key Dates:

To complete your two step registration, please first complete your payment through the link below. All proceeds from the event directly fund the FOCOS Platform, supporting the ongoing mission to equip and empower coaches and leaders worldwide.

  • Early Bird Registration (35 Euros per person): August 6th to September 14th

  • General Admission (75 Euros per person): September 15th to November 16th

  • To Sponsor a Leader: If you or your organization would like to contribute additional funds to support the scholarship initiative, your donation would be greatly appreciated. Click here to sponsor

  • To Request Assistance: If you require financial aid or a scholarship to attend this event, please submit an inquiry at your earliest convenience. (FOCOS offers limited scholarship awards specifically for the online event. Scholarships are need-based and dependent upon donation funds. There are no guarantees, yet each inquiry will be reviewed and considered for assistance.)

Please note that payments must be made in full. Upon successful transaction, you will receive a confirmation email verifying your payment and a link to complete the registration process. 

Following registration, please check your inbox regularly. The FOCOS Platform will issue occasional preparation emails designed for event content, preparation questions, and details prior to November 19th.
