• Unit 2:: How to integrate adult learning principles in coaching, teaching, or facilitation.

• Units 3 and 4:  How to apply the 4D training format and How to give growth-oriented feedback.

  • February 24, 2027. 3:00pm-6:00pm CET

• Open to FOCOS graduates or those who have completed basic coach training

Units 5 and 6:  How to do effective Demos and Debriefs

• Requirements:

• Be a FOCOS graduate or have completed basic coach training

• Have a minimum of 150 hours of coaching experience

• Have taken Units 1-4 of Training the Coaching Way

• Spanish translation available upon request.
