Coaching Clients with ADHD: Strategies for Impact and Empowerment

Coaching Clients with ADHD: Strategies for Impact and Empowerment
Workshop | November 20 | 3:00–4:30pm CET

You might be hearing about ADHD all around you these days, but it’s something hugely important for us to understand as life coaches, as this is a group of people who can benefit tremendously from a coaching relationship.

ADHD, or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, is one of the most common neurological disorders, and the statistics of diagnosis are rising rapidly in children and adults because of the awareness and acceptance all over the world.  Adults with ADHD often struggle with things like lessened academic performance, issues at work, strain in their relationships, and most significantly, a great deal of shame and masking because of these concerns, all things that can easily be addressed with coaching.

In this workshop, you will hear Sarah’s personal story of an adult ADHD diagnosis and how coaching deeply impacted her life. Then, we will have training on what it can look like to coach clients with ADHD and some easy ways to adjust perspectives and focus with these clients to see maximum growth and freedom in their lives.

Facilitator:

Sarah Prince, author, life coach, FOCOS graduate, pastor, community developer, wife and mother
