Theology of Coaching: Coaching Before the God and Father of Jesus

Coaching assumes a client who needs to see their situation more clearly and a coach who helps them get there. Every coaching session already takes place before God, whether or not it is named. This workshop asks what changes when God is named - when the coach's own life of prayer shapes how they listen, and when the client is invited to listen with them. We will not be adding prayer to coaching as a technique. We will be asking what coaching becomes when relational knowing of God is treated as the ground rather than an add-on.
