Too Much Coach, Not Enough Boss: A workshop for leaders who know how to coach and also need to be boss.

You've done the training, you know the tools, and you genuinely believe in the coaching approach — and yet something still gets complicated when you're also the one responsible for leading a team, performance, decisions, and the difficult conversations that coaching can't always carry. In 90 minutes, you'll name some of the specific places where your coaching identity helps, where it quietly gets in the way, and walk away with one or two honest commitments about how you want to show up differently as a leader, a bit more coach-like.

Preparation needed:

All who attend are asked to reflect on scenarios where you experienced tensions in your role as a leader in integrating the coaching approach effectively and where there were limits. You will need to specifically bring one real situation where your coaching role and your leadership role have pulled in opposite directions.
