FOCOS EU and Cru: Intensive Updates

The year 2026 has begun on an exciting note! We are thrilled to announce that two programs, Foundational Coaching Skills EU and Foundational Coaching Skills Cru, have recently completed Phase Two of their onsite intensive training for the year. These programs are part of the year-long Foundations of Coaching Skills training. 

This year, we had 12 participants from 5 countries attend FOCOS EU and 18 participants from 9 countries attend FOCOS Cru onsite intensives.

As some participants have shared, this journey has transformed their understanding from theory to practice. God is using these individuals in remarkable ways through coaching in various contexts and languages. We are grateful for the excellent training that took place in January and would like to share some highlights with you. Thank you for being a part of this mission to grow the Kingdom of God in such meaningful ways.

“I heard about coaching for years but this was the right time to take the program. I thought it was about questions but it is actually about transformation. It’s a safe environment to learn together. I can use my coaching skills as part of CRU Moldova leadership team and in my ministry with women. One more application of the course is that before sharing my ideas with my leadership team I can take time to process with my coach and I feel so much more prepared.”

“It changed my perception about coaching and I want to experience more coaching in the future. This week I experienced a safe place and I had the freedom to make mistakes. This created a good learning environment. I will say this course is life-changing for me.”
